21/4/08 NEW PERRY BLAKE ALBUM DUE IN MAY!

Perry is putting the finishing touches to a new as yet untitled acoustic album which will be released in late may as a download through the Perry Blake shop

It features 2 new compositions "Denver" & "Lost & Found" & alternative versions of older material. The idea is that it's Perry at his best, stripped back to voice & a few instruments. Further details to follow.

23/11/06 Samples from the new album!. We have uploaded some mp3 edited samples from the new album for you to preview. The album will be due for release in the Spring. 10/8/06 Perry is back in the studio working on a new album. He's working primarily in the studio at Orchardleigh with Glenn but also traveling to various places to get all the component parts and mixes done..from Italy to Montpelier to London and more. Perry is engineering and producing the album himself, a massive job, so It's shaping up very well with some great songs. There are also some interesting guest artists on this album. Hopefully when he's back we'll shoot another podcast so he can tell you about it himself. .We don't have any details yet as per release dates etc

18/5/06 Signed copies of the DVD. From today we will be offering 50 signed copies of the DVD of the Making of the Crying Room. Order from the website shop today to avoid disappointment.

3/10/05: The Collector's Edition and Standard Edition of The Crying Room will no longer be available from the website shop from October 31st 2005 to the following countries; UK, France, Spain, Benelux, Portugal, Switzerland and Canada.This is due to the upcoming full commercial release in February 2006 by Up Music (Warner Music France). The album will be available to the rest of the world however. We would like to thank everyone for their support so far. Tour details will announced shortly.

28/9/05: DVD Release

The DVD of the making of The Crying Room will continue to be available to all countries to buy from the website shop. The tracks include The Making of the album, Live footage from the Sugar Club, Perry at home, a home performance and extras. This is an intimate home movie experience of Perry at home in his own surroundings and a must-have for all Perry Blake fans.

Perry was presented in February with a Gold Disc for the two songs he co-wrote with Marco Sabiu for Francoise Hardy's latest album. Congratulations all round!
