28/01/2012 Perry Blake on the road in 2012!
Perry Blake is in pre-production for a full European tour in 2012 called "Electro Sensitive Behaviour" featuring an electronic rework of his best material from his back catalogue and a few new songs. The live shows will have a 5 piece band and will use multimedia, programmed beats and string arrangements by Graham Murphy.

Perry Blake is back to Portugal this November for 3 concerts and will be accompanied on bass/acoustic guitar by Glenn Garrett and on piano by Phil Ware :

26/06/2011 Perry Blake's new pop project, a band called Grace Parks!
Grace Parks are an exciting new Irish electro-pop group fronted by Kelesa Mulcahy. It's loud, it's Pop and it's edgy.
All the songs were written by Glenn Garrett and Perry Blake who have collaborated previously on major European film and TV projects including Presque Rien, Troit Petits Filles, L'Uomo Che Ama and Clara Sheller. The sound is a major departure however for these established writers with the emphasis being on uber catchy pop tunes and a lighter approach than previous work.
The live shows feature Kelesa Mulcahy (Singer), Eddie Delaney (Drums), Duane Gallagher (Guitar), Glenn Garrett (Bass) and Perry Blake (Keyboard and Computer).
What do they sound like? Some say a cross between The Ting Tings, Depeche Mode, and Eurythmics. Another wag said Kraftwerk playing ELO... Whatever it is, it 'aint Kansas!

25/06/2011 Akamusic production stopped
Perry Blake has decided to close his production on Akamusic tuesday this week in order to concentrate on other projects. He thanks those who have followed him in this adventure for their confidence and suggests to support the following Akamusic artists : Kinsy Ray and Milla Jane.
8/06/2011 Perry Blake+ONJ's performance at the Holland Festival
Perry Blake will be the guest singer at the "Around Robert Wyatt" evening, a live performance created by the french Orchestre National de Jazz where Robert Wyatt’s classic songs are rediscovered with new arrangements. The production will take place during the Holland Festival in Amsterdam (Netherlands), on Tuesday 14 June at 20.15 in the Muziekgebouw aan ’t IJ.
