Refunds policy

We are here to supply you with Perry Blake music, video and merchandise, and therefore your total satisfaction with the product and our service is our aim. Our 30 day guarantee means that if your product package arrives damaged, any items are missing or the CD is scratched or unreadable, we will replace it for free.
Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We are unable to exchange items which are not damaged, defective or incorrect.
 If for some reason that we should fail in our undertaking above, we will issue a full refund of the price you paid for the product.
